Brothers,

My name is Dan Owens. My wife DeAnne and I are truly filled with joy and wonderful expectations for the

upcoming Story Formed Life (SFL) training sessions that are about to begin on Wednesday

September 3, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. at our home in Amberley Village.

What is SFL?

The Story Formed Life is an intensive 11-week foundational, interactive, reproducible

discipleship training process designed to expose and increase the level of faith participants

have in God's Story, as revealed in the Bible, from creation to re-creation.

SFL DNA

Do you know God’s story, really know it? Do you ever wonder where YOU are in His story? Is He

writing great things in your part of the story?

Foundational- It's a foundation of beliefs on which other training should be built. It's important

to see the "big" picture (story) as well as understand how you play a role in that story.

Reproducible- It's impossible to train others in something you've not been trained in, so you

need to experience it first. Then, as the Lord roots you in His story, you begin training others.

Interactive- Everyone is engaged in the story and participates in producing results. It's a great

time of faith-building. Each session takes 2-2.5 hours.

I will provide participant guides for each of you to take note and review past discussions

and anticipate the weeks ahead.

Since this is a training, and even though each session can stand alone, they build on each other.

I encourage you to make a strong commitment to attendance from the beginning. We will

begin at 6:30 pm each Wednesday. I will do all I can to help keep you in the flow of the training and

encourage your participation.

texts. Already, the group is shaping up to be one of the best, so let me know, and then put it on

your calendar.

This is open to all men and women of all ages.
